Ghost Light (SOLD)Discarded Theater Flat,  House Paint,  Artist Pens (many) 3' x 4' x6"There are many spirits lurking in the theater, including Thespis (the first actor and creator of Greek Tragedy).  It is said that a single burning light should stand center stage to ward off the spirits (or invite them to play onstage during the dark). Piece drawn entirely by hand and took artist 3 months to complete. AVAILABLE

Break A Leg (SOLD)Discarded Theater Curtain Leg from St. Pete Little Theater Acrylic,  Polycrylic  20" x 30"AVAILABLE"Vaudeville performers would only be paid if they performed on stage.  Wishing them “break a leg” meant literally to surpass the theater curtains, also called “legs”, to make it on stage. In Shakespeare times “break a leg” was to bend a leg to take a bow. In Elizabethan times instead of clapping, audiences would bang their chairs often times breaking the leg of a chair."

They are both called and repelled by the Ghost Light. Created from discarded theater curtain and scrim with acrylic, these are designed to be optical illusions by "wiggling" when the viewer passes.There are 36 total.*Sold Individually.
